Some of our stories haven't been told before or written about in books and come from local business owners and local residents who have relayed their first hand stories and experiences. In addition, we've been on local investigations with nationally known psychics and paranormal investigators and found amazing results.

Roxie started doing ghost tours in 1993 in Carver, Massachusetts and she has been doing tours on the Seacoast since 2002. Please go to our contact page to email us your reservations, questions or comments. We have set up an on-line reservation service through Paypal for your convenience. Be sure to look around our website for a variety of offerings.
Please understand that our tours depart at 5 minutes after the hour. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your tour, we would need to reschedule your tour. If you do not notify us the cancellation of your tour reservations within 24 hours of your tour, there are no refunds, however we can reschedule you for another tour.
